This brings the released 26.1.2 version forward to Minecraft 26.2 and Forge 65, keeping Java 25.
The existing items, blocks, recipes, High/Low Fantasy settings and eleven OreSpawn rules stay in place. OreSpawn is pinned to the published 4.1.0.2602001 release.
The changes update recipe discovery, configuration-screen navigation, copper handling and the build setup for the new Minecraft APIs. Old saves keep the same migration safeguards, including current player data, saved capabilities and chunks opened later.
Generated Javadoc icons now use the same line endings on Windows and Linux, so the documentation jar also matches across both platforms.
The automated checks cover 121 unit tests, all 46 required GameTests, packaged clients and servers, both content modes and reconnects, fifteen upgrade profiles, and modern-world safety cases. Forge 65.1.0 and 65.1.5 are covered. Clean builds produce identical main, sources and Javadoc jars.
It also looks good in-game. Test worlds, logs and development files stay out of the release.
