Adds a total installs badge next to the existing ones, in the same style (
flat-square,1f2328). It shows the Marketplace and Open VSX installs added up, updated daily by ExtPulse, and links to the public page.The badge goes through shields.io's endpoint badge (
img.shields.io/endpoint?url=...), becausevsceonly accepts README badges from services it trusts. The JSON it reads comes from ExtPulse (/p/mccprogrammer/extensions/1/badge.json).
