Summary

docker compose --profile demo up -d --build now adds Open WebUI at http://localhost:3000, already connected to the MCP server and using Kilo's free gateway as the model, so people can chat with the tools with no account or key. Plain docker compose up is unchanged, and the official Inspector stays on by default. It's optional and online only, and prompts and tool results go to Kilo, a third party, which the docs say.

Solutions created with --include-auth leave the service out, with #if (!includeAuth) blocks in the compose file, because Open WebUI has no token to send. From fresh volumes, the stack was ready in 51 seconds on an Intel MacBook, with the images already pulled.
