Summary

The README and NUGET.md now say that Visual Studio and Rider always show the authority and audience fields, and only use them when Include authentication is ticked. docs/RUN.md and the docker-and-compose skill say the Aspire dashboard has no login and the collector takes OTLP from anyone, on purpose, so the compose file is for a developer's machine only. NUGET.md gets a table linking all five templates' packages and docs.
