  • a clearer error from Client.is_feature_schema_archived() (Fix the tests that fail against staging on every run #2079, otherwise a tests-only change)
• Customers only get them with a versioned release (Prep → tag → Publish).
• This is the standard Prep step, the same shape as Prep 7.12.0 #2076.

• Version 7.13.0 in pyproject.toml, labelbox/__init__.py and docs/conf.py
• The changelog section for 7.13.0

Out of scope

• The GitHub release and tag, and the PyPI Publish workflow (next steps after merge)
• Any further SDK code changes

• Unit tests for the three changes pass on this branch (129 tests: tests/unit/schema/test_performance.py, tests/unit/schema/test_api_key.py, tests/unit/test_client.py, tests/unit/test_embedding_cleanup.py).
• The performance methods were run against the production API from the Add performance report methods #2078 branch: 15 of 15 checks pass.
