Google stopped serving Gemini CLI on personal plans in favour of Antigravity CLI, which reads no hooks from its settings file, and OpenCode 2 runs no plugin written for 1.x. Antigravity's payload names no event, so its hook line passes --event; OpenCode 2 runs every tab's sessions in one background service, so the plugin keeps only its own directory's sessions and hands the helper none of the first tab's environment.

  • Write Antigravity's hooks as a multishell set in ~/.gemini/config/hooks.json, keep a set the user switched off, and pick Done, Idle or Failed from a Stop's terminationReason
  • Rebuild the OpenCode plugin as a setup export over the 2.x event stream, queueing each session's events apart and capping what it remembers, as the service runs for days
  • Drop OpenCode 1.x support, and name the named set rather than hooks in the errors for a hook file Multishell cannot read

What this does

What I ran

  • make format
  • make lint
  • make test
  • make build

What I could not verify:

Docs

  • A design note under Docs/design/ if this changes a decision, or the
reason it does not need one.
  • An issue if this leaves a gap rather than closing it, labelled
unconfirmed if nobody has watched it go either way.
