Adds the config flag and maps it through
toDict()to iOS (Serialization.swift) and Android (Serialization.javawithhasguard). No TurboModule changes. Visitor consent (Iterable.setVisitorUsageTracked, SDK-561) is still required before native stores unknown-user events.🧪 How to test?
