A frame created by the trace listener has no
CodeContext, andf_builtinsdereferenced it, so readingf_builtinsof a traced frame failed with "SystemError: Object reference not set to an instance of an object". It now gets the builtins from the listener's language context, so a traced frame has the same builtins as one that is not traced.
