- Depend on whelk-owlapi 2.0.0, which builds against OWL API 5.5.1 and scowl-owlapi5, matching the OWL API 5 versions planned for ROBOT and Protégé 6.
- Use scribe-slf4j2: OWL API 5.5.1 brings in slf4j-api 2.x, which ignores the 1.7-style scribe-slf4j binding and drops all logging.
- Publish through the Sonatype Central Portal: stage releases with sbt's built-in support (localStaging, then sonaUpload or sonaRelease) and publish snapshots to central.sonatype.com, replacing the retired oss.sonatype.org endpoints.
- Derive isSnapshot for core from its version, since sbt-git's GitVersioning otherwise sets it from git state for the whole build.
- Update sbt to 1.13.0, which provides Central Portal support, and sbt-pgp to 2.3.2.
- Test CI on Java 11 and 21, since OWL API 5.5 requires Java 11; update the checkout and setup-java actions.
