Adds the
maintain-verification-skillplugin: the upkeep loop for a project-local verification skill and feature map (such as one generated bycreate-verification-skill). One pass runs index hygiene, a read-only source wave per feature, a required live pass driving every feature under three safety invariants, triage, and ships at most one PR of proven corrections. Reports clean, changed, or blocked, and never edits product code.Why
A feature map rots the moment the app changes; the marketplace has generators but no maintenance loop that keeps them honest. This stack was built and battle-tested in a hackathon repo's quality gates; we are contributing it back.
