Render the menu option icons through VectorIcon instead of a direct AntDesign import. Color comes from the theme as before.
Register the zcashtestnet core plugin, off unless enabled in the config, with Zcash wallet behavior: sync display, birthday height import from Sapling activation, view key menu item, and the Ironwood migration status.

Asana task
Adds Zcash Testnet (TAZ) as an opt-in wallet type. The
zcashtestnetcore plugin is off unless enabled incorePlugins, the same ascardanotestnet. With it enabled, TAZ appears in create-wallet after Zcash, gets the default name "My Zcash Testnet", shows the shielded and transparent receive addresses, and offers the viewing key like mainnet ZEC.The Zcash wallet migration check also covers
zcashtestnet. A separate commit fixes lint warnings inWalletListMenuModal, which this change touches.TAZ sync stays at 0% until react-native-zcash supports NU7, which testnet activated at height 4,465,026. A local spike that added the NU7 branch ID still stopped scanning at height 4,308,321, also after a wallet data wipe. That upgrade is the scope of the Zcash NU7 readiness task.
