Closes #126, closes #127.

Stacked on #151. The base is feat/open-extended-view so the diff shows only this work. Once #151 is merged, this will be rebased and retargeted to main.

What changes

Data view, side column

  • One card now holds Years, the new scale switch and "Plot hours in".
  • With Line showing, the switch is "Line resolution": Hourly / Daily / Weekly / Monthly.
  • With Fingerprint showing, it is "Fingerprint scale": Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly. Yearly needs two or more years.

Line chart

  • Real dates on the x-axis instead of "Day in window", with labels on month starts. With several years selected, each year gets a label and a divider.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly lines have a shaded ±1 std band. For a day the std is across its hours; for a week or month it is across its daily means, so the band shows how much days vary rather than the day and night swing. The hover says which, for example "Std 0.61 across 7 days".
  • Hourly over many years keeps the lowest and highest point of each slice of the chart (at most 4,000 points), so peaks are not lost.

Fingerprint

  • Weekly (52 per year, starting 1 January; the last week takes the spare day or two), monthly and yearly grids. Years sit side by side.
  • The colour range is refitted for each scale.
  • The hover shows the bin ("18 to 24 Jun 2021 · 14:00 local"), the mean, and the std and day count.
  • Cells are drawn as single rectangles snapped to device pixels, which removes faint seams at fractional pixel ratios.

only one comment, maybe for the hourly time series do a smaller line width, such that the overlap is not so noticeable.

make sure is the actual mathematical standard deviation, as is, it looks more like the data envelope.

At year scale the hourly points sit a few per pixel, so a 1.5px line merges
into a solid block. A 0.5px line at 70% opacity lets the overlap show.

@lazarusA The hourly line is thinner, and the band is the true std of each day's 24 hours, which looks like an envelope because NEE's day/night swing puts mean ± std close to the daily min and max.
