Purpose

DYN-10892: Fixes a regression in 1.0.32 (released from #134, the GL 4.3 dependency refresh): Dynamo's splash screen stays gray at startup and Dynamo never finishes launching.

Root cause

src/App.js wrote the Dynamo-injected background image into an imported binding, with the lint rule that forbids this switched off:
