Schemas: Add latest code.json schemas based on finalized SHARE IT Act metadata requirements

Problem

The minimum metadata requirements for the SHARE IT Act have been identified. We would like to create a new version of the gov code.json schema as well as the CMS agency extended code.json schema based on these new requirements

Solution

  • Created gov code.json v0.1.0 and CMS code.json v2.2.0. New changes include
    • Add newidentifier field
    • Add 3 new exemption options: exemptByDisposableCode, exemptByExperimentalCode, exemptByCommercialSoftware
    • Add downloads as a subproperty of reuseFrequency
    • Update required array to only include minimum requirements
    • Rearranged order of fields

Tests are updated accordingly

Result

Schemas now reflect the SHARE IT Act minimum metadata requirements!

Test Plan

Tests are updated accordingly and passing
