Summary

Built-in theme value columns were fixed at 62px, so GDI's DT_END_ELLIPSIS clipped longer usage_line strings. A two-digit percentage combined with a minute-level reset (e.g. 12% · 59m) rendered as 12% · 59..., which looked like missing Claude usage data.

Changes

• Widen per-provider usage text boxes 62px → 80px and Fable labels 90px → 110px in classic-usage-widget.json and compact-fluent-quad.json
• Grow the surface width formulas to match so the extra column width is not clipped
• Update the theme geometry assertions in src/theme_engine/tests.rs
• Add builtin_usage_text_boxes_fit_full_usage_lines as a regression test that keeps usage text boxes wide enough
