The diff pins only build-android to ubuntu-24.04 and adds a comment explaining why. That matches issue #26, and nothing else in the workflow changed. The other jobs still use ubuntu-latest, macos-15 and windows-latest. All five CI jobs are green on this head, including build-android on the pinned runner. I found no issues.

Pinned only build-android in .github/workflows/swift.yml to ubuntu-24.04, with a comment explaining the missing Ubuntu 26.04 Swift host toolchain and download 404. build-linux remains on ubuntu-latest; no other files or workflow settings changed.
Verification: required swift build --build-tests and swift test --skip-build passed using --build-system swiftbuild and /Volumes/SSD/SwiftPM/ShellKit-agent (67 tests). MissionControl lint passed with zero violations. git diff --check and parsed workflow comparison passed. Scripts/ci-prechecks.sh does not exist. No UI changes.
Regression verification is the existing build-android CI job, which exercises toolchain download and Android tests on the pinned runner. Green CI remains pending; MissionControl watch will handle failures.
Shipping: MissionControl committed successfully but its libgit2 push failed twice. A normal git push successfully published the same commit and branch; PR creation remains through MissionControl.
