Looks like denx has been dissolved :/ the u-boot was moved to: https://u-boot-project.org I think we should use
https://git.u-boot-project.org/u-boot/u-boot/-/releases/v2025.04/downloads/u-boot-2025.04.tar.bz2
(checksum unchanged) instead of relying on git generated archives..

These are different URLs. The one with archive in the middle synthesizes the archive directly from git. The one with archive has been uploaded as separate file to the release in Gitlab. And that digest hasn't changed. So the URL should be:
url: https://git.u-boot-project.org/u-boot/u-boot/-/releases/v${PKG_VERSION}/downloads/u-boot-${PKG_VERSION}.tar.bz2

same here.. Static archive. pagure.io was sunset in 2026; this is a read-only snapshot. . libaio moved to codeberg:
https://codeberg.org/jmoyer/libaio/releases/download/libaio-0.3.113/libaio-0.3.113.tar.gz
Sp please use this URL and leave the rest as is.

Indeed. That seems to be the correct URL.
Previous URI was not available.
The project moved to codeberg. Update the URI.

the URIs for uboot and libaio did not work for me so I added alternatives.
I know about problems with my changes:
