Add a script (v1_v2.py) that converts each benchmark problem from PEtab v1 to v2 format via petab.v2.petab1to2.petab1to2, writing the result to problems/<ProblemID>/v2/ as a sibling of the existing v1/ directory. Regenerate the v2 output for all 34 convertible problems on top of the current problems/<id>/v1/ layout. Froehlich_CellSystems2018 is skipped, as the naive conversion generates a huge condition table. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
