docs: add Slack MCP server guide under remote MCP servers - #1263

Slack's MCP server embeds the authorizing user's Slack user ID in some tool descriptions. Add a warning to the remote MCP servers overview that explains the effect and that Slack support can turn these descriptions off for a workspace on request. Add a dedicated page for connecting Slack's hosted MCP server (mcp.slack.com/mcp), modeled on the Salesforce and Snowflake guides: Slack app settings (internal app, MCP toggle, user token scopes, redirect URL), Arcade OAuth2 setup, a per-user tool descriptions section with the Slack support guidance, and troubleshooting. Move the per-user tool descriptions warning off the overview page and link the new guide from the overview's list of provider pages. Before: Remote MCP servers had setup guides for Salesforce, Snowflake, GitHub and others, but nothing for Slack's own MCP server. Customers had no warning that Slack writes the authorizing user's Slack ID into some tool descriptions, which can make other users' agents act on the wrong person. They also didn't know Slack support can turn that off.
After: A new "Slack" page under Remote MCP servers walks through the Slack app settings Arcade needs: internal app, the MCP toggle under Agents, user token scopes and the redirect URL. It then covers the Arcade OAuth2 setup and troubleshooting. A "Per-user tool descriptions" section explains the problem and tells the workspace to contact Slack support to turn those descriptions off. The overview page links the new guide.
