Conversation
Render the Arcade dashboard favicon (apps/dashboard/src/assets/images/ favicons/favicon.svg in ArcadeAI/monorepo) into the four listing images at their existing sizes: logo and logo-dark at 512px, composer-icon and composer-icon-dark at 256px. All stay square, 8-bit RGBA, fully opaque. GRO-711 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01LCMM8zLv9vcFaJpq86zxmM

What/why
Before: The Arcade plugin's icon in Cursor, Codex, and the ChatGPT directory listing is a white "A" on a purple and red painted background. It doesn't match the icon people see in the browser tab for the Arcade dashboard.
After: The plugin's icon is the dashboard favicon: a black "A" on a lime green square. To check it, open the Arcade plugin in Cursor's plugin list or the Codex plugin picker; the icon should match the dashboard's browser tab icon.
Codebase changes
The four listing images in
plugin/assets/(logo.pngandlogo-dark.pngat 512px,composer-icon.pngandcomposer-icon-dark.pngat 256px) are re-rendered from the dashboard's vector favicon,apps/dashboard/src/assets/images/favicons/favicon.svgin ArcadeAI/monorepo (the fileapps/dashboard/index.htmllinks asrel="icon"). Paths and sizes are unchanged, so no manifest changes;npm run generateproduced no diff. The images stay square, 8-bit RGBA, and fully opaque, whichdev/test/package-chatgpt.test.mjschecks. The dark variants are identical to the light ones, as before.Additional notes
brandColorinplugin/plugin.jsonis still#4708F9, the purple from the old background. I left it alone because the ticket covers the icon only. If Codex should show the lime green as well, it would change to#C3FF00.npm run verifypasses locally: typecheck, 208 tests passed and 2 skipped (both skips are for environment reasons), plus the Claude, Cursor, Codex, and Copilot validators.Generated by Claude Code
Note
Low Risk
Binary asset swap only; no manifest paths, generated output, or runtime logic changes.
Overview
Replaces the Arcade plugin listing icons (Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT) so they match the dashboard browser-tab favicon: black A on a lime green square instead of the old purple/red artwork with a white A.
The four PNGs under
plugin/assets/(logo.png,logo-dark.png,composer-icon.png,composer-icon-dark.png) are re-exported from the dashboardfavicon.svgat the same paths and dimensions; manifests andplugin.jsonimage references are unchanged. Dark variants remain the same as the light ones.brandColorinplugin/plugin.jsonis still#4708F9.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit aafacde. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo.
