CI quality gates were missing three pieces: the web job ran typecheck+build but not the 79 vitest specs, the backend never ran ruff despite being configured, and there was no coverage reporting. - ci.yml: add ruff check step (backend, fail-fast before services start); add 'bun run test' step (web, after typecheck); switch pytest to --cov=fileflash --cov-report=term-missing - pyproject.toml: configure ruff ignore for B008 (FastAPI Depends idiom), E501 (pre-existing line-length debt), UP042/UP046/UP047 (PEP 695 style); per-file ignore E731/B017 in tests; fix placeholder description; add pytest-cov dev dependency - schemas/__init__.py: add 8 missing agent_skill re-exports to __all__ (they were imported but unlisted, flagged by F401) - apply ruff --fix across src/tests (import sorting, unused imports); 773 errors reduced to 0, changes are import-only and verified by tests - .gitignore: ignore .coverage / htmlcov artifacts - uv.lock: synced for pytest-cov + coverage
