tracking: 1.8.2 batch — changes requested by uvscope #55

目标：一次性处理 uvscope 0.3 / 0.4 需要的 libuvcpp 改动，然后发布 1.8.2，让 uvscope 可以删除本地补丁并以发布版 SDK 构建。

建议进入 1.8.2

代码已落在 14bfb6e + 8a7a412 + ebd4fd3 + 9a22096 + 8ab294e + bbae90a（master，2026-10-20）。
随后 #50–#53 也进了 1.8.2：0286b96（WS 逐帧）、09527c6（HTTP 流式）、
91b163d（h2 帧事件）、1e2de0f（h3 GOAWAY）、5709aa2（QUIC DATAGRAM）、
53dac78（h3 trailers）、517428b（迁移通知）。发布态版本提交是 62b6947
（PATCH 1→2）+ 54ec75c（MSVC 的 min 宏测试修正），
四平台 CI 在 54ec75c 上全绿；v1.8.2 已于 2026-10-20 发布：

包 + deb/rpm + setup.exe）。README 下载表在 ba6153a 按资产体积更新。每个条目都带一个功能用例：
tcp_client_multiaddr_func（#44）、web_ssl_peer_chain_func（#45）、
socks5_client_func 的会话统计场景（#46）、web_http_client_br_func（#47）、
web_ssl_client_timeout_func 的"每 900 ms 滴一个字节"场景（#48）、
udp_client_host_func（#49）、socks5_http_func 的 ws 失败阶段场景（#54）。
本机：build-all 149/149、build-h3 105/105、build-brotli、build-default 全绿。
第一轮 CI 抓到 #49 的一个解析顺序缺陷（runner 的 localhost 先回 ::1，
而 UDP socket 绑在 IPv4 ⇒ EAFNOSUPPORT），9a22096 已修（按 socket 的
地址族挑候选）；第二轮又修了两个新用例的跨平台编译问题（MSVC 的
small 宏、macOS 的 const X509_NAME，bbae90a）。四平台 CI
（Linux / macOS / MinGW / MSVC）在 bbae90a 上全绿。

已确认 1.8.2 包含：SNI（#38 内容）、POSIX 同步超时（#39 内容）与 SOCKS5
失败阶段（#42）都在 1.8.1 里，1.8.2 直接继承。

后续版本（不阻塞 1.8.2）

1.8.2 后 uvscope 的验收

• 删除 patches/upstream/0001–0004，把 scripts/build-libuvcpp.sh 的 LIBUVCPP_TAG 指向 1.8.2；
• ./scripts/build.sh、uvscope --self-check、scripts/smoke-test.sh 全绿；
• Linux / Windows MinGW / macOS CI 全绿；
• 若 1.8.2 打开 HTTP/2 支持，再单独跑 h2 矩阵；QUIC/HTTP/3 仍按原计划保持关闭。
