Translate every recipe under dishes/ and every guide under tips/ into English under en/, mirroring the category layout with English file names. Images are referenced from the original Chinese folders rather than duplicated, and en/translation-map.json maps each English page to its Chinese source. Also add .github/readme-generate-en.js and an English README template so `npm run build` produces en/README.md, lint en/ with markdownlint, exclude en/ from the Chinese punctuation textlint rules, and link the English version from the main README.
