Problem and current behavior
#1549 remained open even though the production fix landed in #1627 (commit
ac84606f4). Current plan workers receive the applicable project instructions through the saved memory-rule context. This PR changes tests only and verifies that behavior through the actual terminal and provider request path. The scripted endpoint checks both the root worker and checker openings. Each must contain the current project's explicit instruction and exclude an unrelated project's instruction. The generated artifact depends on the instruction actually received; the checker verifies it without rewriting it.
Verification
make pr-readypassed; all selected tests passed on their first run.deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash.Examples and artifacts use mock project instructions only. No production behavior or user-facing feature is added.
