Add a consolidated 4.x to 5.0 migration entry point in the README. It explains the output-container change, property targets and precedence, custom IDs versus submitted names, Select modes and naming, the Stringable requirement, additive APIs, deprecated-but-still-working wrapperProps calls, and unchanged caller-owned escaping. The guide links to existing detailed Select and textarea documentation rather than duplicating it.
This is documentation-only; no runtime files were changed. Examples and contracts were checked against the 4.4.0 tag and the current 5.0 source/tests.
git diff --checkpassed; automated tests were not run for this documentation-only change.Release review dependencies: review this guide alongside #60, which contains the form-control value/label contracts and Password guidance, and #59, which contains Fieldset warning isolation, before publishing 5.0. This PR does not include or claim those code changes.
