Native macOS backend mentioned in #3898: availability and collaboration
#4841
@shiju-nv, in #3898 you mentioned an external native macOS backend using App Sandbox and separate workload accounts.
We have been exploring native macOS agent containment, including toolchain compatibility, workspace isolation, process lifecycle, and reviewed promotion of changes. Our preferred direction is to reuse OpenShell’s infrastructure.
Is your backend publicly available, or intended for release? Would you be open to collaboration or contributions? We would particularly like to understand its current capabilities, deployment requirements, and remaining work before deciding whether to build another implementation.
